We are conveniently located off Exit 20 of I-675 in Fairborn, Ohio. You can reach us at 937-604-0303
If you have driven through Park Hills, Southpoint or Red Oak and would like to visit with a sales person please call us at 937-604-0303. We are scheduling visits during the summer months and will gladly meet with you at your convenience.
We are working out of our Beaver Valley Rd Sales Office at 2088 Beaver Valley Rd, if you’re coming off 675 come into town past K-Mart and turn left on Beaver Valley Rd and then left at the first light. You’ll be at the entrance to Red Oak Mobile Home Park and next to Southpoint Village, our other 55 and over manufactured home communities.

Our 55 and over active adult community is close to all your needs. Are you retired military? You’ll love the fact that we are only 3 miles from the main gate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Love to Shop and Dine? We are located one exit North of The Mall At Fairfield Commons. After a great lunch, just down the steet at Villa di Giovanni’s head over to the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
If golf is your thing and you can’t play on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Golf Courses, Swing over to Beavercreek Golf Club, A Fuzzy Zoeller Designed Championship Golf Club.
For Spectator sports and top national entertainment, avoid the traffic and go the back way to The Nutter Center for a concert or sporting event.

At one time Jim and I had come to terms on his house at 70,000 and he would pay 6 months lot fee.
I couldn’t get my house sold and didn’t want to hold him back from a sale so I stepped back.
I have my house back on the market and have made an offer on 141 South Point, but, have considered making an offer on Jim’s house at 65,000 and asking for 6 months lot fee. Would he be interested in the offer? I’m not making an offer, just fishing to see what might be available.
